After establishing a ‘guest first’ policy and partnering with Travel Media Group, AD1 Global has achieved an astounding level of success improving their hotel rankings on TripAdvisor.

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (March 16, 2022) — AD1 Global, an upcoming leader in hotel management, is pleased to announce that five of their properties broke into the Top 10 rankings on TripAdvisor in the highly competitive Orlando and Kissimmee markets.

The two Orlando hotels, Fairfield Inn by Marriott Orlando Airport and Element Orlando International Drive, achieved this rank in the prestigious ‘Traveler Ranked’ category.  The Fairfield Inn by Marriott Orlando Airport has been a Top 10 hotel for more than a year and ranked as high as fifth out of 389 competing hotels.They are currently ranked eighth at the time of publishing.  The Element Orlando International Drive also attained the number 5 ranking in the Orlando market earlier this month and held a Top 10 position for 30 days. They are currently ranked number 15th. The Aloft Orlando International Drive has achieved 6th place in the ‘Best Value’ category out of 448 places to stay. The ‘Best Value’ hotels are ranked using exclusive TripAdvisor data, including traveler ratings, booking popularity, location, and personal user preferences.  

The Wyndham Orlando Resort & Conference Center Celebration Area and Staybridge Suites Orlando Royale Parc Suites   achieved 5th and 8th place respectively in the ‘Value’ category out of 337 hotels in the Kissimmee market. The Staybridge has two feathers in their cap, as they are also ranked 6th in the ‘Traveler Reviews’ category.

When Fairfield Inn – Orlando Airport started its partnership with Travel Media Group in 2019, the property was listed as 168th out of 351 hotels in the Orlando market. Now the hotel is the eighth.

Starbucks Now Brewing at Newly Renovated Disney Area Resort 

Hollywood, Florida, March 12, 2022 – The Wyndham Orlando Resort & Conference Center Celebration Area hotel, located near Disney’s West Maingate, came one step closer to realizing its dream of being the favored destination for families visiting the Disney theme parks with the grand opening of its latest amenity – Starbucks. 

The recently renovated Wyndham Celebration added Starbucks as one of its major amenities after installing two indoor Top Golf Swing Suites, a Kidz Play Zone and H Street Grille restaurant and lounge to its sprawling family friendly resort adjacent to Animal Kingdom.

HOLLYWOOD, Fla, (May 8, 2021) — The former Park inn By Radisson Celebration has been successfully converted into the full-service Wyndham Orlando Resort & Conference Center, Celebration Resort following a series of multimillion-dollar renovations, major brand agreements and vast improvements to the Disney-area property.

Minimizing the gap between what is ultimately delivered and what is expected is key in the hospitality industry. From the reservation process, registration, room service, cleaning and security, as well as the endless amenities and details, everything is set up in a way that allows management to work and flow smoothly, which, in the end, result in great consumer experiences.

The tourism and hotel industry specifically are among the most affected businesses by the Covid-19 pandemic. Forced flight cancellations and restrictions on travel both nationally and internationally have severely impacted this sector that relies on tourism and travel on a daily basis. Faced with this challenge, the ability to react and adapt to this constantly changing climate has been and will continue to be very important in the coming months. The ability to rise above and move forward will determine the future success of many companies.

Among all the plans that are being proposed and implemented to bring the sector back to normalcy, many focus on technology, especially those that control hygiene and safety measures and eliminate the need for physical contact. Applications and systems are being developed that will allow for the control of sanitary and hygiene requirements in real time. This will allow companies to not only control tasks internally, but also to communicate with guests and provide more specific information, such as the products used for cleaning their rooms, the type of laundry detergent used for bedding or if the remote control has a disposable cover.

Other technological systems that facilitate contactless protocols are also a major and necessary development in this situation. Great examples are the implementation of digital menus that can be accessed via QR code in restaurants and online check-in, avoiding both contact with surfaces and proximity between guests and hotel staff. This, in addition to being safer and more hygienic, improves the user’s experience due to its speed and ease of use.

Overall, technology at the service of human beings will be a decisive competitive factor for the industry in this new environment since it will improve internal control, communication with the guest and allow for 100% digitization of actions that until now implied physical contact.

But most important for us as hoteliers is to not miss out on the opportunity of taking proper actions to serve hosts and to authentically say, “I’m here to help to mitigate the situation.” As a result of this, you will be better positioned when times change to be rewarded by a loyal guest. Nowadays, it is more about to give than to ask for.

All rooms and public areas feature fast and free Wi-Fi and the public space also includes a free business center. 
  • The 144-room Aloft Orlando International Drive boasts a grab and go option for guests with their Re:Fuel stations. Moreover, the property features 3,000 square feet of meeting space, rainfall showers and Bluetooth speakers in all rooms as well as fast and free Wi-Fi in all areas. Public spaces include a business center, a pool table, and a patio to enjoy time with friends and family. Later in the year after the pandemic, they plan to launch the Live @ Aloft program with live musicians and DJs in the lobby and patio areas.

As both properties are next to one another, they share a state of the art fitness center open 24 hours a day, a saline pool, a kids splash pad, a fire pit and gas BBQ grills for guests to enjoy.

AD1 Global takes Gold, Hilton Vacations Silver in 2020 hospitality awards

HOLLYWOOD, Fla.—AD1 Global was named ‘Company of the Year’ in the category of Large Hospitality and Leisure in the 2020 International Business Awards.

“Now more than ever, it’s truly a special privilege to be recognized for winning the International Business Gold ‘Stevie’ Award,” said Daniel Berman, president of AD1 Global. “Our team members strive to provide the best hotel experiences for our guests every day. These awards are a testament to all their hard work, dedication and commitment to our core values and I am very honored to applaud everyone’s outstanding efforts.”

More than 3,800 nominations from 63 nations were reviewed in this year’s competition which attracts some of the world’s largest and best-known companies including IBM, Cisco and Bank of America,Marriott, Carnival Cruises, and Hilton have been previous winners in the hospitality category.

Stevie Award winners from around the world should be very proud of their achievements.  “The judges were impressed with the vast range of nominations submitted for 2020 and have agreed that their accomplishments are worthy of public recognition” said Stevie Awards executive chairman, Michael Gallagher.  

Judges also highlighted AD1 Global’s quick rise from five hotels to 25 in four short years and the ability to attract the attention of some of the world’s biggest brands including Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, which bestowed the Wyndham Garden Developer of The Year Award to them in 2019.

Indeed, it was not just about revenue, or EBIDTA, or simply market performance, albeit they are part of the calculation, in determining the Gold winner.
